Still no respond from Vodacom

Had previous complaint about this account that Vodacom cancelled after i settled my account. I'm still listed on ITC after they cleared me and know listed me again because of a so called penalty deposit that i'm supposed to pay. They also don't want to send any information to my lawyer about any penalty deposit. There is no evidence about any penalty deposit to be paid. So far this complain is on deaf ears. I would also like to know if there are companies that can assist with complaints like this. I'm now disgusted wit this case and my name being slandered unnecessarily.
