Still no resolve!

Vodacom posted that my concerns were addressed?! NO they were not, a full week and several emails later still nothing except being treated like an idiot by a manager with questionable customer service skills, he humiliated me in front of not just staff but customers as well. After all of this I still have no conclusion. Thanks for nothing Vodacom.
