Still no reply from VODACOM after 1month

I wrote several reviews, they haven't got back to me as promised in the replies, they haven't paid back my money as promised, and they simply haven't done anything to fix it... they don't even deserve a star, there should be like a toilet pot or something similar describing **** like this, I never had problems similar to this with MTN glad I made the move, at least they refund clients and not ***** honest, hardworking law abiding citizens money
