Still No Reply

Sent complaint on Hello Peter on Monday and to date no response. Obviously customers are not important to this massive corporate.<br> <br> Consumers are just a number and based on the complains I am number 767 000 on the list to be called. How sad that I will be cancelling my contact after +- 20 years. Have already closed two other contracts towards the end of 2015 / beginning 2016 due to continued unhappiness with this NON- SERVICE provider
