still no repair on my phone that vodacom broke

It has been two months plus that my phone has been at vodacom going back and fourth and i still do not have a phone in my hands, this complaint is regarding the breaking of my back cover during a book in of my phone to asses water damage. let me point out that the phone was never in my possession during these back and fourth bookings, now i was told that it will not be replaced as the phones warantee is void as it has water damage hah! I NEVER BROKE THE BACK COVER YOU GUYS DID!!! so weather the warrantee is void or not the supplier broke the phone so they should restore it to the condition the customer handed it in in before handing it back as the phone was booked in in perfect condition. please vodacom investigate all you want just fix and return my broken back cover while you do your investigations !!!
