Still no refund received!!!

For over 2 months I have been waiting for my refund. Vodacom Service is beyond pathetic. Please can I have my money back. It shouldn't take this long for a refund. No one gets back to you unless you scream! Your Service Request *** is now being processed by Kgomotso Moeng who will be in contact with you shortly. She called and advised funds will be credited in my account as I do not want out going to vodacom account as my money was taken from my current account when you shouldn't have.
