Still no refund Cr to my current cell Since Aug'15

Visited 2 Vodacom shops in Northgate as per reports on Hello Peter 19/10/15 and 11/11/15 regarding the refund from funds loaded onto my previous sim card for mobi wifi which Vodacom - recycled the number.Refund =R29 +R249 loaded in Aug 2015 & now to be credited to my current cell phone number as promised twice via text. STILL NOT DONE!! Candice /Customer Serv. 20/10/15 at 10h17 has sent 2 texts to my cell to advise will refund - to date 130115 ,still nothing. . CAN SOMEBODY not just respond but actually PLEASE REFUND/CREDIT !
