Still no refund

Using the Vodacom Mobile App on 12 Nov 2020 three attempts were made to purchase data. All three transactions at R239 failed with Error messages and no data was loaded.. All three transactions were processed through banks on 12, 13 and 14 Nov 2020 The first transaction was conducted personally and the following two attempts were conducted at a Vodacom Shop, Beacon Bay East London, by the inhouse technician. The failure has been escalated to Vodacom by the shop's management and yet we still await a refund, 25 days later!

I thank Vodacom for their "stock" response. What I, and the management of the Beacon Bay Vodacom shop want, is the refund.

It took greater than one month to receive the refund from Vodacom. What concerns me is that this was a system failure by the yourselves and yet it was incumbent upon the user to provide the error codes of the failure, without which the error would have been neither acknowledge or refunded. As Vodacom is a system driven organisation they should have an algorithm that would have immediately seen their system generated error and matched that to incoming financial receipts and associated cell phone numbers, thereby effecting an immediate refund. At this time I am sure that your organisation has considerable funds sitting in unclimbed credits for unprovided services, a very ********* status.
