Still no refund

Another 5 days has gone by without any contact from Vodacom.<br> <br> Except for the obvious computer generated response on here.<br> <br> I still after almost 3 weeks have not received my refund.<br> <br> I am closing this account as soon as possible.<br> <br> Your service is beyond terrible.<br>
