Still no refund

I have now complained twice, someone eventually phoned me and said they would look into it and I haven't heard back from them.<br> <br> I need my refund done immediately, I cannot see what the problem is here. I send the paperwork to request the refund a week ago.<br> <br> This service is shocking!!
