Still no reception

My previous complaint about vodacom reception in our area was met by a lot of fanfare. Still, the situation stays the same, if not getting worse. I have no reception in my bedroom, kitchen and living room. I cannot use my wifi. I have cancelled one of the contracts at vodacom. I am going to cancel the rest. We live in town , the signal is as bad as living in the roedtan area. What the hell is going on. I am sick and tired of struggling.
