STILL NO PHONE AND UTTER LIES

Hi There <br> <br> I received a call on 29 September with someone from 'Vodacom' who ran off all my contracts that I had and confirmed I was due for an upgrade - which I was. I agreed to the offer on hand. an sms was received and I was promised delivery which never happened. on Wednesday 7th the same lady phoned me back to say that she apologises that I have received my phone but will phone me back at 15:30 to confirm status - which she did. she said that management had confirmed that RAM Couriers would deliver to me today (Friday 9th) by 9am. it is 11:00 now and after being on the phone with RAM couriers - who say that they don't have anything out on delivery for me and on the call with upgrades from Vodacom - they say there is a back log and I wont get my phone now. How can someone phone , offer you something and then not follow through and basically lie all the way after the sale was concluded. I want an answer and I want my phone . my reference number is U876595. I also cant get through to *** which is the number on the sms to phone should I have any queries! I would appreciate someone that is going to be upfront and not lie to me to please call me
