Still no phone after it was repaired

My LG Flex was returned. As per my compliment, Katlego has been very helpfull. My phone was used all of 11 times before the screen popped up. The surrounding casing is badly damaged as a result of where the repairer tried to secure it. When the screen is pressed back in the phone shorts. The phone has now been sent to Head office for inspection. Come on, this phone is 6 months old. The screen was replaced due to warping 2 weeks ago. What takes so long? I have now been told the phone is obsolete, I have only had it 6 months? It is still available in the UK so ship one in. Vodacom, your regional manager is involved and even he is battling. Your call centre agree the phone should be replaced. Lg do not respond and their rep, Patrick seems to have disappeared into thin air. You repaired the phone, your technician damaged it, so please just give me another G Flex. If it is now obselete then swap it like for like. Under the CPA, your repair procedure was followed. You technician caused more damage than the phone actually went in for. Stop telling me a whole lot of ******* and action the request.
