still no joy ontelphone

as per my previous complaint, one person phoned me about an 30 min after it was posted and promised he will sort this out. a week later got an sms stated that the phone will be pick up. well it is now another month gone by and guess what the phone is still in my possession. i subsequently stop paying the account now for two months. and nothing is been done about that to vodacom is on top of the world with advertising but clients that been with them since 1994 does not apparently matter at all
