Still no feedback since 29 July query from vodacom

So far I've done a review on this web regarding bad service of vodacom. So far I got a call back about 5 days after my review on 5 Aug. But I still did not get any feedback, because all that Lance could say is that he will escalate. To break it all down... 29 July I spoke to a Florence, 30 July I spoke to 3 different people including a Clarece, 1 August it was Refilwe and Curtis Green a manager, 4 August it was a Judy, 5 August Lance. Today is 11 Aug. and still NO feedback but I'm being billed. Curtis and Lance was the only two people that contacted me. With Curtis he had a bad line and we were cut off and I never ever heard back from him or anybody else from vodacom. But I'm being billed...??? So how bad is vodacom service... So bad that it stinks.
