Still no feedback recieved
Since my last complaint i was advised that i would get a call almost concerning my upgrade and have still not recieved a call. Please cancel my upgrade as you did not honour the sms you sent me nor did you even bother to call me seems like i am the one that must always follow up, which i must say is pathetic.
