Still no feedback or care for clients

<p>I logged a complain no one has called to hear what I had to say, instead I get emails telling me to call you Vodacom! What kind of nonsense is is this? When I call your repair centre o get sent from pilar to post no one is answering me!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am still sitting with a damaged phone because you don't wanna take responsibility for your negligence! </p> <p> </p> <p>I will not escalate to the Ombudsman! I am sure that will make you and *********** employees very happy! </p>
