<p>I have called Cancellations/Retentions on 20/10/2016, to date no resolution of my request. I have been advised on 25/11/2016 that thye have finally approved my deal match but unforthunately they cannot load it due to they dont know- maybe a system error/maybe back office.... what kind of service is this.... </p> <p> </p> <p>I POSTED ON HELLO PETER YESTERDAY, RECEIVED A GENERIC RESPONSE AND THEN... WAIT FOR IT.... NOTHING......</p>
