Still no feedback from vodacom!!!

This is my third review in the last 4 days about Vodacom and they still did not get back to me after speaking to the manager and he said he will call me back but i am still waiting for my issue to be sorted out. I cannot believe how they totally disregard their customers. They do not keep to their word nor their deals that they publish.
