still no feedback after how many complaints
<p>i have a little mobile wifi rooter, which i got in October/November 2015 for 2 gigs of data i pay R149.00 per month, everything sounded fantastic when the telesales person rubed it off on me, it worked for the first month, than after that it stopped working, i have complained so many times even on hellopeter but STILL NO RESPOND from Vodacom WHY THE HELL MUST I PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT WORK????????? I AM SO FED UP WITH VODACOM AS SOON AS ALL OF MY CONTRACTS EXPIRE I AM GOING TO CHANGE FROM SERVICE PROVIDERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i need a response asap otherwise i am taking you to the consumer act and i don't want that thing anymore it is a load of BULL i am not going to waste money on you any more </p>

it has been 4 days and still NO contact has been made the service is pathetic shocking i can't wait till my contracts expire i am CLOSING them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
