Still no feedback. .

Well, since my last scathing review, I did get a call back last week Wednesday, they promised to sort out my query, remember... my missing Apple watch. I was assured I would hear from them "soon". So I must facetiously ask... did you get a call from them???? The answer would be no and me too, absolutely zero contact from them. I have been trying to get answers since the 26th of September 2025. how difficult can it be to send me my Apple watch????? escalating and escalating seems to fall on deaf ears and blind eyes. This organisation is pathetic!!! Absolutely hopeless. All they know how to do efficiently is take your money on the 1st of the month. Please consider before committing.
