STILL NO FEEDBAC****

Good Afternoon To whom it may concern. I have called the call centre on the 19th of November to find out what was my outstanding balance, Mtombi advised me to make a payment of R1908 then i will be able to cancel my ********** contract because it has expired on the 10/10/2017 already and i couldn't afford it anymore . I have paid the money in full on friday 20th of October but it could only be alocated a week later to get my account from arears to normal. I phone retentions from the 24th to the 26th to get my contract canceled “from my MTN line and used all my minutes” as they were struggeling to get the contract canceled because it still showed in arears. Finally the 26th they have managed to allocate my payment, but advised me that my contract has been extended for another 2 months because of my arrears. Thats breach of Contract! I spoke with a lady supervisor in Cancelations and she sorted out the Cancelation on the same day. When i requested my bill this month they advised me that a additional amount of R900 has been added to my bill for early Cancellation. 1. I was not advised that this will be deducted and I did not agree for this to be deducted. 2. My contract has ended 10/10/2017 advised by 3 or more Service consultants and, pull the voice recordings! 3. It is breach of contract extending my contract for 2 months without my consent. I am trying very hard to keep my account up to date, but there are always additional costs for no reason! I need this sorted!
