Still no feedback

Complaining about network problems the last 3 - 4 years. Upon today no feedback no answers. Just will get back to you,that is where its stays. Had 7 contracts with Vodcom only left with one. They don't care about you as customer only about the money. They are breaking the contract between me and them,they don't delivery the service,what they promise on the day you sigh the contract!!! P.S AFTER THIS AGAIN THEY CONING TO PHONE ME AND SAY WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU.
