Still no feedback!

Hi,<br> This will be my 2nd complaint about the same issue. I was offered a contract beginning of February... promised delivery 3 to 5 days later. It was never delivered. I complained, Vodacom phoned promising delivery again 3 to 5 days thereafter. Never happened. Was called last week and said my tablet will be delivered on Monday.... well its Thursday and NO TABLET. Your service is absolutely disgusting! I call your sales department- wait half an hour just to speak to a consultant we is not there..... I hear people talking in the background but nobody answers me..... this happened twice...... the only reason I wanted the contract was for a present well the birthday is on Sunday and clearly its not going to be on time. I cannot believe the ridiculous service that you provide!
