Still no contact from Vodacom

So this is my 3rd report on Hellopeter for Vodacom, and guess what it still doesnt get better, i have been having constant issues with you guys, my account is through the roof, and NO 1 can tell me or prove to me why. i call the call centers(I have all the Necessary dates and times for the phone calls) and i get told they CANNOT give me my detailed data balance breakdown, haha now you holding my contracts data i requested. you cannot do that. being this is the 3rd report on hellopeter and you never get back to about my account isssues, i will keep making complaints on hellopeter until i hear from vodacom. I will not be renewing my contract with you guys because of this **** service. and theft of my money. A query was escalated on Tuesday 5/04/2016 they told me it will take 24-48 hours to get back to me...haha its a week already and no1 has come back to me. vodacom stop the ******** stop *****ing money and not keeping to your promises. look at the complaints on here. i expect a call very soon with a solution to this Huge problem on my account.
