Still no antenna

I have already written one complaint about the service i am not receiving from Vodacom. After that complaint I got a very fast call from a lady named Lizette and a promise of special attention. Two months later and now 7 months after our original request I am still waiting for my antenna to be installed. I have called Lizette and/or the Vodacom call centre at least once a week but no-one can assist. On my last call with Lizette, two weeks ago, she promised to call weekly with updates and I have yet to hear from her. According to Vodacom, the field technicians cannot install the antenna because of the bad weather we are having?? Before I started this process I had 5 phone contracts with Vodacom. I am down to 3 and will be cancelling all of them as they fall due. Maybe I can get better service elsewhere?
