Still no answer on my package
Three weeks since my review on this platform, two week since my last communication with Vodacom and still no answer as to when I can expect my BLACK FRIDAY PACKAGE.

Thank you kindly for your reply.
Do note that the deal does not need to be available anymore as it was taken out during the Black Friday promotion and your useless Courier company was unable to deliver it.
After this it was sent back to the warehouse and they are suppose to contact me in order to arrange for another delivery (as per feedback from yourselves in December already).
I feel that I have waited long enough for my package and would like it delivered ASAP.
I trust you will find the above in order.
