Still no access to Vodamail

Dear Sir/Madame,

Last week Lucian from Vodacom phoned me regarding my complaint on Hellopeter of not being able to access my email account. We discussed various issues and he then assured me that my account was “reactivated” and that I could use it again. Not so. I tried to log into my account using my Laptop via my Wi-Fi connection and could not gain access. I then tried gaining access via my phone. Here I managed to get to my Vodacom account and even managed to change my password using OTP. But when I tried to get into my Vodamail account I could not. We’re at wits end. This problem has been going on for a long time. We are left with no alternative but to gradually move all our banking and insurance correspondence to Gmail which is never saddled with access problems nor has a website that is regularly unstable. This is a pity, as I still have about 7 months left of my phone’s Vodacom contract. Considering this, as well as the nightmare that their Call Centre is, would one want to renew a Vodacom contract?
