Still need some help

Hi,<br> <br> Still, not a complaint, but the same thing that happens with the call centre happened again with you guys.<br> <br> I lodged a compliment on the 15th of March regarding my SMSes not working. Someone did something and called me up to say they were fixed. They were at the time. However, now they are not working again. I keep getting error 50 when trying to send an SMS. I can receive SMSes just not send any.<br> <br> I reverted to HelloPeter specifically to fix this problem once and for all because the call centre had the same issue (fixed for a week and then breaking again).<br> <br> Please could you help me fix my SMSes forever?<br> <br> Also, it would be kind of nice if you could get my MMSes working - they have not worked in years - but this is not really an issue.
