still listed in credit bureau as i owe them after closing the account 2 years ago

I had a cellphone contract with Vodacom however the account was paid off 2 years back but I'm still listed in credit bureau as owe them R200 upon calling the accounts department they said my accounts was paid off on their books and i must call their legal.

however i cant get hold of legal to assist me with this matter
