Still having headaches with vodacom
I have spoken to one of the consultants last week Tuesday 15th regarding the upgraded contract that was wrongly allocated still showing on my ********** 137nr, and he informed me that it will be taken off within 48 hours.
Friday the 18th i have notice that the contract is still showing, so i have contacted the cancellation department to find out what is happening and just to be inform that the contract is cancelled but they left the 2GB data on and did not replace my old contract as they can't do that.
So the person that i spoke to told me that i need to take out a complete new contract on the ********** 137 nr Which is unacceptable so i took out the contract just to get my similar contract back.
I have advice this person that i will not pay for the upgrade wrongly allocated on the 072 nr at the end of August and i will not pay for any additional amounts for taking out this new contract for the 072 nr, as this is a Vodacom mistake.
I Request for proper compensation for all this headache that vodacom has caused this past 3 weeks.
