Still hating on Vodacom

I recently had the worst experience with Vodacom (big surprise) and I was offered no help after I wrote my second review. It was actually the exact opposite; the man who called me to offer me "help" was quite rude and basically said the fact that my data ran out so quickly had nothing to do with Vodacom but the fact that all my apps were open (at 6am in the morning while I'm getting ready for work?) I assured him none of my apps were open, and if they were, it is totally impossible that 1GB of data was used within 2 minutes? I still have the screenshots as proof, and I will not let this go because it's not the first time this has happened.

1GB diminished within 5 minutes? How is this possible? I then kept purchasing more data so I could Waze the address for a meeting I had to attend. And Vodacom says it has nothing to do with them??? What an absolute joke.
