still errors!

This is now totally unacceptable! After my last post the end of the month comes and my debit order still hasn't gone off... I call to check and all of a sudden I am a cash paying customer! No one has ever called to inform me of this and to check what is going on... This is constart fights with vodacom accounts and I really cannot keep trying to sort my account out when it seems like no one actually knows what they are doing. I thought my last post on hello peter would help but it looks like I was incorrect...
