Still Can't Get It Right

<p>So on the 14th April sent the below to Vodacom:</p> <p>Yesterday I received another SMS from Vodacom with a link to http://now.vodacom.co.za/about</p> <p>I have in the past on numerous instances instructed Vodacom to cease with their spamming. I have not given consent for this number to be used as a marketing tool nor do I want to be informed about "deals".</p> <p> When I have called vodacom was told to SMS the following to stop any future SMS's</p> <p>SMS "STOP" to 31118</p> <p>SMS "STOP ALL" to 30333</p> <p>And yet the SPAM keeps being sent.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please cease with this harassment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Highly flustrated!!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I got the following reply from Vodacom on the 15th April:</p> <p>Official business reply:<br />Dear Customer,</p> <p>We are currently investigating this matter and will update you regarding.</p> <p>Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience caused.</p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>Vodacom Consumer Websites</p> <p> </p> <p><br />As SO we wait for them to grace us with their FEEDBACK. Never mind the repeated inconvenience and time wasted on following up on them again!!!!!!</p>
