Still billing me after cancelling my contract (Vodacom)

I called to request a cancellation of my contract with Vodacom in Nov 2016. Contract end date was 5 Jan 2016. My last bill was for due for end of Dec 2016. They confimred this over the phone via cancellations dept. I then received a bill of R 140 in Jan 2017 for which they actually suspended my service via an automated collection process. I paid this and again confirmed the ending of my contract i.e. spoke with cancellations, retention and accounts during this week and last week. I was expecting my contract to end on 30 / 31 Jan 2017 so I could switch to pre-paid. They then debited my account on 27 Jan 2017 with another R 885 which I queried with accounts. They stated in this week that this amount was due to additional services used after my last billing date. Today, accounts told me my contract has not been cancelled and I had to speak with cancellations again?? I'm feeling very helpless. I want my contract cancelled as requested in Nov 2016 (never requested an upgrade or another contract) and after many chats to various people in their call centre ovet the last few weeks and just want pre-paid, but they are again billing me as if my contract is still in place. I also need a refund for the amount taken off my account because I cancelled the contract and they are still billing me.
