Still being charged for a contract that was settled

Good day I took out a contract in November 2020, with billing starting in December 2020. for obvious reasons, because of the Covid pandemic and being forced to close down my business for 5 months due to lockdown, I was unable to meet the terms of payment for the contract. I did however set up a payment plan with Vodacom, which was renewed every 6 months. This was done with the accounts department, and always paid. The account was handed over, for a small amount of R233 this year. which was paid, this amount stated it was a settlement amount. A month later a woman called me from Vodacom to thank me for paying the settlement amount and rewarded me with 4gs free data. I was very clear to let her know, that I was unable to pay anything else or take out any new contracts. She assured me it was for free. A few days before this, but after I had made the last payment for the settlement amount, I was contacted via email from a sales manager at the Tyger valley branch of Vodacom (this is the store I would always do my upgrades) and told that my number was due for an upgrade. Due to financial constraints still from the covid pandemic, I ignored the email) I had gone onto my vodacom pay app a few days later, (as my pay as you go number, was on the same app as my contract number) I saw that I had an outstanding amount of R1370 which was due. After contacting Vodacom on facebook, I was called to say, that due to amounts still owing this was the amount to pay per month until August next year. My other 2 sim cards had also been activated again (3 numbers all together) and being charged. I have tried to sort this out with the social media correspondent, and asked for a statement for the first contract. He sent me a statement from 2022 onwards. I requested full statements for all 3 numbers, which were never sent to me.

I have tried to correspond to the email used, for the statement sent, and have been referrred to Tobi the bot, which cannot sort out this ongoing issue.

No where, since paying the settlement amount (ie meaning the account has been settled) was I ever told that I still owe quite a large amount, This issue only started when I was called to say I was being rewarded with 4gs for settling my account. Why has the other 2 numbers been activated and charged. Why have I not been informed that the original contract still had a large amount still owing. Why was I given a settlement amount Why did the Vodacom in Tyger valley email me saying I was due for an upgrade? I still to date, have not received FULL statements for ANY of the supposed contracts, and monies paid over for them.

I am still under severe financial pressure due to the backlash of covid,

I would like to deal with one individual to sort this matter out URGENTLY.

I feel extremely let down, by Vodacom

I have requested continuously that this matter be sorted out via email, as I do not trust speaking to someone on the phone, and due to the fact that I work face to face with clients all day and cannot answer calls.

Good day

This problem HAS NOT been resolved.
I have been sent sms messages that my number is going to be cut off. It is a number I have had since I got my first cell phone, and also associated to my 17 year business.
I am DEEPLY upset with the way I have been treated.
I asked your social media team to send me FULL STATEMENTS of all my payments, from the beginning of each contract. I I was first sent a statement, which started from 2022, when that contract started December 2020. I was then sent 21 separate attachments, which made no sense at all. There was no number to associate which contract they were referring to. There are 3 contracts that have been reinstated, without any explanation, besides that I still owe money on them. When I rep**** to the email, I was sent an automated message that I had to respond to tobi the bot. I would like to speak to a PERSON who knows what is going on with this mess.
I work face to face with clients all day, and cannot just take a call, during a treatment, when Vodacom calls me. I need to make a time with a consultant, when I am free, to talk to them.
You have my email address, which you send correspondence too.

Please can someone contact me urgently.
