Still awaiting the Call

I went in to the Vodacom Shop at Evaton Mall to have my cellphone, that is insured, to book it in to be repaired, and I was blatantly told that my phone would not be repaired or sent in for repairs if it was not bought at the branch, I was directed to go to THE VAAL MALL Vodacom Shop. I told Me Petunia Makelefane that I could not get the THE VAAL MALLas I am at work during the week and weekends, she then mentioned that the RULE at EVATON Mall is that phones not bought there cannot be repaired under no circumstances. Now I find this oblivious because for a company as big as Vodacom to have such RULES this is absurd and demeaning to its customers. So now one has to travel all the way to Vanderbijlpark when there is a store right next to my house. Even when I mentioned that I was going to cancel my contract at the end of my term, she did not even seem to care or be bothered.<br> <br> Hello nyakallo moahlodi<br> Thank you making us aware of your complaint.
