STILL AWAITING REFUND - 2 months later!!!!

I am disgusted with the service from Vodacom - I have contacted them repeatedly in the past 2 months and still not resolved.<br> <br> It seems my queries are just ignored constantly, non-existent customer service!<br> <br> They claim to have paid out my refund however there has been no such payment
