Stil waiting for phone,contract and tablet.

I have tried to upgrade since October 2014. I have a booklet stating I can get a s4mini with a Vodacom tab on a smart m contract as a new and upgrade option. since then the deal was changed to only new contracts. I have been told several times that Vodacom will create a code for this deal to happen and that I would be contacted when it is available. It Has been 5 months and I am still waiting. Please give me feed back on this matter on where you stand. False advertising and lose of wages and damages is my next move. Will someone help me solve the problem or do you want me to go ahead and file a law suite.
