STICK TO YOUR WORD!!!!

i am so fed up with Vodacom. Made arrangements to settle the out standing amount on my account.. So been paying the arranged amount for 3 Months to get an sms to say my account is handed over. Well done!! Then you simply say you will write a memo on the pc for the next person to see. OMG!!!! useless spends half n hour on the phone and says there nothing you can do for me. Take me to court and lets play your voice recordings in court for every one to listen too so that we can see how you guys #### people over daily!!<br>
