*****sters target online contract phone applications at Vodacom

I have been a Vodacom client for over 14 years, with an active contract that I am paying well.

But now I am disappointed with Vodacom; they gave the contract to a *****ulent person who used my details. I now wonder which security measures have been taken to validate the applicant's identity. Now that the *****ster is not paying, and they are calling everyday demanding the payment.

It is unfair because they failed to call me when they received an online application as part of their verification process. I feel unsafe with Vodacom and wish to terminate my relationship with them.
