*****sters

My mother signed a contract with Vodacom recently for a router and data, we have received the SIM card and we’re told the router was delivered to me her son. In aliwal north at old mutual where I have not worked for three years. We then asked who signed for the router since it requires identification and a a signature, they said it was me her son which is weird because I don’t even live in aliwal north. It’s a month down the line and we are still waiting on this router. Today we just recently found out the the contract that she signed where she was told she’s paying to much and would get a contract that would combine the contract for a lesser amount was a lie. Instead the consultants added another amount onto my mother contracts. Not sure if this is Vodacom’s new tactic for making sales but it is disgusting if so.
