Reported ***** from Vodacom on the 2nd of June. Rep**** that indeed Vodacom has committed *****, as it was done through Vodacom. This month they decide to ***** over R3800 from my account. It is a *****ulent transaction and I have emailed the email address on the confirmed ***** email from Vodacom and have heard nothing from Vodacom. They help themselves through a debit order which is ***** and I am the one that is out of pocket. People beware of this company, even the DebiCheck doesn't work as I dismissed it from the start yet it still went through my bank.

Not only is it ***** as I have the email confirmation but still this *****ulent debit order is on my account. How does it take so long to do anything as Vodacom and the employee that committed this ***** seem to think this is a joke. Will be lodging a case of ***** against Vodacom at the SAPS as I see no other way of getting this ***** fixed. Maybe the SAPS can assist as Vodacom and FNB have been of no help.

Did you honestly think I would not notice such a small amount. You people should be ashamed of this *****ulent behavior. How and why your company has my banking details is a mystery. Going to find out about POPIA act and how my information was obtained. Going to report this to the Information Regulator as this is a contravention of the act.
