I previously wrote a review regarding data disappearing from my account on on the 13th of May, I received a call on 15 May from a gentlemen by the name of Marlin from vodacom and i must say this has been the best service ive received from vodacom in years he listened tentatively to the matter and he apologized for the previous agents lack of customer service and proceeded to help me sort out this mess his patience and emphathy was really noticeable i thank you Marlin
