Steers ice cream vouchers ****

I am deeply disappointed with the vodacom app give aways. Some are great, the ones you get immediately. However, I received free ice cream vouchers for Steers, I won x6 already. I decided to take my family out for ice-cream and was told they offline and another Steers says it doesn't work. So embarrassing, also I had to end up spending money to buy the ice-creams not to disappoint my family. Is this a **** by Vodacom or what. Really bad for your image.
