Steer away from Vodacom. Vodacom still cannot do math!!

There is no employee at Vodacom that can add and subtract. Simple math. Their accounts department is still a mess with people not suitable for the position. Vodacom handed me over to MBD - another useless company - in 1 August 2026 for the amount of R534.99 after the last statement I received indicated that Vodacom owes me R6.99. The balance of the contract was paid op 20 July 2026 and the contract was closed. Now I get emails and calls and messages from MBD saying that I was handed over on 1 Aug for an amount that does not exist. I sent an email to Vodacom and guess what??? They send me a statement that clearly shows a balance or -R6.99 and still stells me that I owe R534.99!! I rep**** and asked that they carefully read the statement they sent me, just to get another reply with the same statement and still telling me that I owe R534.99. This is after a 3 year battle to get contracts cancelled.

I give up! I cannot believe that people still take out contracts with Vodacom. Sooo many people has the same problem! Most ********* useless service provider I have ever come accross!

I want this fixed today!!!!
