steeling of phone from customer?

Good day Peter! This is about bad service attetude and what I call steeling from customers! My frend took her phone for repair at Vodacom bloemfontein. The one in wesdene neer the Klipkerk. They phoned her to go and fech her phone. She told them she is not in bloemfontein at the moment she wil fech it when she is back. Today when she went to wech it they told her they desposed the phone. How can the do something like that? I phoned them and ivey went of on me the customer. Is Vodacom gonna give back her phone or are they gonna try to get away steeling it? Y do the coverment have a contrack with Vodacom when Vodacom is steeling from the Public? Can Vodacom please tell me what are they gonna do about her phone? This is the wai they treat a customer that has a contrack at them for 23 years. Is this the way Vodacom is doing buseness at all there branches?. Vodacom I am waiting for your response ?
