*****ing my Money! Direct Debit - I do not use Vodacom!

Vodacom have been deducting money from my bank account. I notified them in January 2017 and noticed today they have deducted again. This order bounced as it is in an account that I use for certain transactions. That has not resulted in a R150 charge to my account for a R75.00 account. Ridiculous. The history is:

1. Jan 2017 - R95.01

2,Feb 2017 - R190.02

3. March 2017 - R385.03

4. April 2017 - R 480.04

5. June 2017 - R85.00

6. July 2017 - R75.00

I have incurred debit orders as a result and I would like these refunded back to me. I want to know why I am being debited for a service I do not use! Account number: NA 149612.

With all due respect from Vodacom - my post is quite clear. I do not need a consultant to discuss this with me. If this amount is not refunded in to my bank account in the next week, then I will commence with a formal complaint to the Ombudsman and the Consumer Protection Council. It is quite clear. Vodacom are deducting money from my account for services that I do not use. This is theft.
