*****ING MY MONEY BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE

I app**** for a new contract beginning April 2018. An agent from Vodacom phoned me to confirm my details for delivery. I repeated the delivery address 3 times, as I was asked 3 times, yet the courier was send to the wrong address. I was asked by the agent I spoke to when I phoned for the contract about the debit order date, which I gave as the 1st of each month. When the agent phoned me to confirm my details for delivery, she also asked me for the debit order date and I repeated it twice. On the 25th I received a SMS that the debit order was returned unpaid. When I checked my bank statement, the debit order was in fact put through my account on the 20th already. I contacted the call center on the 28th to query this and was told that I have to make the payment by EFT and that I will have to pay R100 additional because the debit order was unpaid. I got no explanation whatsoever why the debit order was deducted from my account before the 1st. I told the agent I will not pay the R100 as I clearly requested the debit order to be deducted on the 1st as my salary will not be in my bank on the 25th. She said she will log a request for a refund. I did the EFT to Vodacom on the 28th as the call center agent instructed me to do. On the 30th I got a SMS that Vodacom deducted the debit order plus the R100 from my bank. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I WILL NOT PAY THE R100 FOR THE UNPAID DEBIT ORDER! VODACOM CANNOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS FROM THEIR CLIENTS. I WANT A REFUND IN FULL. THEY MUST LISTEN TO THEIR RECORDINGS WHERE I CLEARLY REPEATED MYSELF AS I WAS ASKED REPEATEDLY ABOUT THE DEBIT ORDER DATE. THEIR SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR AND DETERIORATING MORE EVERY DAY.
