*****ing my money!!!

I cancelled my contract on the 24th January this year already - 2017. The number was ported to MTN so does not belong to Vodacom anymore. However, Vodacom proceeded to take their direct debit from my account every month. I phoned to query...nothing changed. We then reversed two of these amounts with the bank....they STILL deducted every month. I went into a voda store and they told me the line is still open and I need to fill in a form to stop the direct debit, which I did. They also told me that my case was at pre-legal as I owed them money??!! It was then cancelled properly and I was told that the matter was resolved. A few weeks later, still no money paid back. Phoned again, was told there is a credit note, I have to phone cancellations. Phoned them, was told I must send 3 x month's bank statements so they can pay back the money - really? Pay it back in the account you took it from! Anyway, did just this on the 7th of July. No response, no money. Phoned AGAIN, transferred to a superviser. Told that the credit note was declined as actually they only owed me R2239.74. Well well my bank account actually does not agree. They actually owe me R5512.93 and not R5042 as per credit note. Oh and I paid R50 x twice at the bank to reverse this money that was taken from my account *******LY!

Phoned again today, was cut off twice. Third time got through to collections...I phoned the number given to me to phone by vodacom. Given another number, it says enter the number you are querying about...guess what...the number you have entered is not a valid vodacom number, please enter a valid number!!!!!

I have had it! I just want my damn money back and NOTHING ever to do with vodacom again!
